*Must have experience in recruitment.manpower audit,employee relations, public relations and logistic duties. *Must be highly organized and efficient, with a thorough and precise approach to projects, which have always produced excellent results.
*Must be able to manage own time effectively, and prioritize workload.
*Experienced at working with tight deadlines and under considerable pressure
*Must be friendly and approachable with excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- must have an effective learning and development management system, and a man power development system.
-direct research into the latest concepts that can increase HRM operating efficiency.
- monitor payroll administration and authorize all data entry into the payroll system.
-establish employee welfare and benefits.
- provide guidance and counseling on HRM issues.
-conducts audits of various payroll,benefit or other HR programs and recommends any correctives action.
-update HR spreadsheet with employee change requests and processes paperwork.
-assists with processing pf termination.
-assists with the preparation of the performance review
-assists with recruitment and interview processes.
-performs other duties as assigned.
