Job description:
will contribute to the feasibility study proposing the appropriate regulatory framework for the ECOWAS radio television
must advocate the perfect institutional anchoring for the television , referring to existing policies of the specialized institution
Qualification:
consultant must have a perfect knowledge of the radio television legal environment in Africa
experience with ECOWAS is an added advantage
