Job Position: Contracts and Grants Officer
Location: Abuja
Job description:
  • responsible for the review of sub agreement and sub contracting implementation activities and contractual arrangements
  • Interpret and apply funding regulations to ensure all ARFH policies are met
  • provide support to other staffs to ensure project wide understanding of contractual issues
  • carry out financial support of sub recipients and CBOs through supportive supervision and mentoring and oversight visits
  • follow up on implementation of audit recommendations/management action plans
  • ensure that projects can perform at high level quality while delivering value for money services

Qualification:
  • Degree in accounting, finance or any other relevant field of discipline
  • professional accounting certification ACA or ACCA
  • excellent accounting and auditing skills
  • knowledge of USAID and other international donor rules and regulations as related to contracts and cooperative agreements
  • working knowledge ofg OMB circulars
  • good computer skills in Ms Office and accounting software-Quickbook are highly essential
  • Master degree in finance, business administration is an added advantage
