Job Position:Head Finance and strategy
job description:

  • Oversees financial function of the organisation
  • developing and monitoring of company budget and business performance
  • develops and maintains systems of internal controls to safeguard the financial assets of the company
  • oversees the coordination and activities of independent auditors
  • assist in design implementation and timely calculation of salaries and incentives
  • conduct product/investment analysis and negotiations
  • monthly reports must contain insightful supporting analysis

Qualification:

  • minimum of second class lower B.Sc in accounting or HND in accountancy
  • must be a charted accountant ACA and a member of ICAN ACCA CPA or CFA
  • understanding of current industry regulations and statutory reporting IFRS
  • Must be good in MS suit and previous experience in ERP
  • experience in the use of financial management software applications e.g ORACLE ERP etc



Job Position: Head human resources and administration
Job description:

  • guide and manage the overall provision of human resources service
  • maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys
  • maintains management guidelines by preparing updating and recommending human resources policies and procedures
  • contribution to the overall performance of the HR department through designing producing and implementing HR policies
  • ensuring the company is adhering to budgeted manpower costs across all activities
  • concerned with recruiting selecting orienting and training employees

Qualification:

  • B.Sc in relevant fields
  • HR professional qualification will be an added advantage
  • strong organisational skills
  • team oriented and performance driven
  • experience with HCN software application e.g oracle HCM application is very necessary
