Vacancies at A Management Consultancy Company in Lagos

A reputable Management Consultancy Company, based in Ikeja, Lagos, with additional interest in Engineering Services, has the under- listed vacant positions to be filled:
1.) Operations Manager:
Requirements

• The candidate, aged between 35 and 40 years, should be a graduate of Engineering, preferably Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with at least 5 years post-graduate cognate experience in operations.
• He should be computer literate.
• His duties shall include the management of the electrical and/or mechanical operations of the Engineering Service Company, with minimal supervision.

2.) Personal Assistant to the CEO:
Requirements

• The PA should be a graduate of humanities or Social Sciences, preferably Economics, with at least 4 years post-graduate cognate experience, and should be computer literate.
• The duties shall include comprehensive administrative support to the CEO in documentations, communications, correspondences and any other duties appropriate to the post.

3.) Secretary
Requirements

• The candidate should possess an OND or its equivalent in relevant field, but higher degrees (like HND), would be an advantage.
• The duties shall include secretarial duties, tiling, communications, scheduling of appointments, reception of visitors and any other assignments from Management.
