We are a leading company located in the Lagos mainland area and we specialize in the supply of high quality power generating solutions for home and industrial use. We are in need of qualified persons to fill the following positions:

Accounts/ Inventory Officer

Main Responsibilities

Uses ERP software for the recording and monitoring of various aspects of daily operations such as Purchases, Sales, Inventory movements and Accounts

Maintains an accurate and updated record of Purchases, Sales, Inventory movements and Accounts

Provides periodical sales and stock reports as required by management

Embarks on periodical physical stock counts and reconciliation of stock in warehouses and stores according to assignment

Works closely with Receiving department to ensure proper supplies arrived

Assists the Account department in the reconciliation of bank transaction records and other functions

Liaises with Tax and other regulatory agencies

Qualification/ Requirements

Minimum of HND in any related discipline

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position

Must have an advanced Computer literacy and good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of any Enterprise Resource Planning software is an added advantage.

Must possess good oral and communication skills

Must be detail-oriented with a passion for excellence

Must be reliable, honest and confident with good interpersonal skill

Warehouse Coordinator

Main Responsibilities

Maintains safe custody and assume responsibility of all stock and other warehouse assets

Receives and documents goods as it arrives at the warehouse.

Coordinates, monitors and records the dispatch of goods from warehouses

Maintains accurate records of stock at all levels through monitoring of daily warehouse activities, cycle counts, stock-takes and audit of same to verify results

Performs periodic physical verification of stock in warehouses, reconcile with book stock and Accounts Department

Liaises with the Inventory officer and other personnel within the organization on a regular basis

Ensures that the warehouse and its surroundings are kept in good condition.

Qualification/ Requirements

Must live within commuting distance to the Ojo area

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a similar position working with a variety of products

Must possess strong communications skills: written and oral

Must be reliable, honest, detail-oriented and confident with good interpersonal skill
