Job position: AVC- Vice President Sales and Marketing
Job description:

• Enhance the effectiveness of the marketing function through initiation and implementation of policies and action plans that will be productive
• ensure availability and adequacy of strategic and tactical plans for creating awareness and demand for the company service
• ensure effective execution and monitoring of the marketing and sale activities to drive achievement of agreed performance target
• strengthen the company's market presence and competitive performance position through research, assessment and reporting on market
• enhance the profile and brand quality of the company through proactive engagement of the media and key stakeholders

Qualification:

• strong marketing and negotiation skills
• BSc degree and MBA
• knowledge of aviation industry is required

Job position: AVF- Vice President Finance
Job Description:

• ensure effective decision support through initiation and implementation of policies and action plans that will be productive
• ensure timely preparation of company issues plans and annual budget and effective monitoring performance against targets
• enhance the effectiveness of business decisions through the preparation of quality and timely financial reports
• control and progressively reduce debtor/creditor positions to minimize company exposure
• prepare and validate aircraft owners statement of account and communicate any financial issue relating to owner fees, payments, accounts and structure
• manage all treasury and cash flow activities and apply hedging techniques to mitigate financial risks

Qualification :

• strong knowledge of finance and accounting with good leadership capacity
• BSc with ACCA,CPA,ACA,CIMA, MBA and knowledge of IFRS
• knowledge in aviation industry is desired
