    guy i dnt knw anytn abt ds visa lottery. Someone advised me to apply wheneva its out. I hv neva done it b4.

    This is the world wide web, all you need to do is google it!!! Anyway, the website is dvlottery.state.gov
    Application submission is free, going through an agent doesn't increase your chances of being picked...that's a personal opinion o.
