A highly reputable Taxi company is in dire need of a Compliance and Enforcemnet Officer
JOB SUMMARY
Ensures strict adherence to rules and regulations in the organisation.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Ensure compliance with specified rules, regulations and polices either on foot patrol or on mobile patrol, both proactively and reactively to prevent illegal, unethical or improper conduct.
- Conduct random and scheduled on-site inspections
- Responds to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct. Oversees a system for uniform handling of such violations.
- Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops/implements corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
- Ensures proper reporting of violations or potential violations to duly authorized staff as appropriate or required.
- Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep management informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
- Works with the Human Resources Department and others as appropriate to develop an effective compliance training program, including appropriate introductory training for new employees as well as ongoing training for all employees.
- Monitors the performance of the compliance issues and relates activities on a continuing basis, taking appropriate steps to improve its effectiveness.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
COMPETENCY AND SKILL REQUIREMENT
- Experience related to the duties listed above
- Must be a self-motivated, self-disciplined worker
- Must have a valid licence and a good driving and riding records.
- Possess excellent leadership, team and communication skills.
- Must present a neat appearance.
- Must be able to ride a bike
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- HND/BS.c
- AGE: 30-35years old
- Handled a supervisory role between a period of one- three years
