A Business consulting firm in Lagos with its branches in Ogun state and Ibadan needs the urgent service off the following positions:
1.Associate business Consultants
2.customer care representatives
3.graduate trainees
4.human resource managers
5.Business analysts
Perform thee following functions
1. Participate in the development, implementation, and analysis of assigned projects, programs and strategies, specific to our consulting engagements
2. Support management in the definition and attainment of organizational goals by identifying and addressing strategic issues, including root cause issue analysis and structuring problem solving approaches, often when no precedent currently exists
3. Assist in analyzing customersʼ business requirements and application objectives to ensure successful delivery of projects
4. Identify key business sales issues and develop appropriate business cases and action plans from multidisciplinary perspectives
5. Conduct, and interpret quantitative / qualitative analysis of data
6. Establish effective working relationships with analysts and managers
7. Supervise delivery of multiple engagements, provide leadership and direction to consulting teams in project delivery
8. Drive the hiring of high-caliber individuals and integrate them into the team
9. Such other duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require

Qualifications/ Experience
 First degree in any business or management related course
 Minimum of 1year,in a consulting or project management capacity
 Experience in and knowledge of the consulting industry will be an added advantage
 M.B.A or other relevant postgraduate degree will be beneficial
Required Competencies
 Demonstrated performance in strategic /operational analysis and planning, analytical techniques, and market assessments
 Excellent project management/planning skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 Good presentation skills
 Ability to lead people; organize, develop and motivate a team; get results through others
 Proficient in PC skills and Microsoft Office applications.
