An Information Technology organization located on Lagos Island - VI welcomes applications from the young, vibrant and customer oriented personnel for the post of Customer Relation Officer - CRO 2013.
Responsibilities:
- Managing of customers as well as maximize relationship building opportunities.
- Proactively seek to identify customer needs and effective at cross-selling and referring leads to the appropriate persons or departments for follow-up.
- Take full ownership of customers' problems and ensure complete customer satisfaction of problem resolution
- Assist in the analysis of customer trends to enhance sales and service management process
- Assist in ongoing service related initiatives/projects
- Promote our products and services
- Ensure customer service policy are developed for organizational use
- Perfect understanding of the organization’s products or services and keeping up to date with changes
Pre-requirements:
- HND or B.sc in Mass Communication or Equivalent
- 2- 4 Years work experience in an IT firm
- Good communication skills, service oriented and client focused
- Not more than 40 years old
- Computer proficiency
