Customer Relation Officer Code: CRO 2013

An Information Technology organization located on Lagos Island - VI welcomes applications from the young, vibrant and customer oriented personnel for the post of Customer Relation Officer - CRO 2013.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing of customers as well as maximize relationship building opportunities.
  • Proactively seek to identify customer needs and effective at cross-selling and referring leads to the appropriate persons or departments for follow-up.
  • Take full ownership of customers' problems and ensure complete customer satisfaction of problem resolution
  • Assist in the analysis of customer trends to enhance sales and service management process
  • Assist in ongoing service related initiatives/projects
  • Promote our products and services
  • Ensure customer service policy are developed for organizational use
  • Perfect understanding of the organization’s products or services and keeping up to date with changes


Pre-requirements:

  • HND or B.sc in Mass Communication or Equivalent
  • 2- 4 Years work experience in an IT firm
  • Good communication skills, service oriented and client focused
  • Not more than 40 years old
  • Computer proficiency
