Urgent Vacancy For Service Centre Supervisor

One of our clients, a multinational in the business of manufacturing mobile handsets,tablets, electronics and home appliances is currently seeking to recruit Service Centre Supervisors in the following locations: Kano, Ibadan, Alaba, Port Harcourt.


Responsibilities includes the following but not limited to;
- Service Order registration and full service tracking management (using GSPN)
- Service policy implementation
- Collection process management
- Product dispatch and courier service management
- Warranty claims supervision
- products and parts cataloguing and storage
- Customer experience management


Requirements;
Good Bachelor of Science degree from a reputable institution
O-2 years post NYSC experience in a similar role
Excellent communication skills
Good interpersonal skill
Computer literate
