While reporting to the general manager, the AGM will initiate policies and strategies that will significantly grow the company in the area he will be assigned responsibilities

Good first degree in Social Sciences, MBA or other post graduate degree

Cognate experience of at least 5 years in similar position

HUMAN RESOURCE/ADMIN MANAGER

H/She will be responsible for all personnel administrative functions in the company while reporting to the General Manager
REQUIREMENTS

Not less than 3 years experience as practicing HR/Admin Management functions
SUPERVISORS (MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL)
REQUIREMENTS
HND or its equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
3 – 5 years experience on industrial machines

ASSISTANT PRODUCTION MANAGER
While reporting to the Production Manager, H/She will be responsible for the smooth running of the plant assigned to him towards realizing the set target for the plant
REQUIREMENTS
B. Sc/HND in Food Technologist or other relevant discipline
Post graduate qualification and professional membership will be a plus

3 – 5 years experience in similar position
PROCUREMENT MANAGER
Responsible for planning and procurement of all materials needed in the production department as well as spare parts company which have both local and international element
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of relevant field of purchasing and supplies
Must be a practitioner with the institute of purchasing and supplies
3 – 5 years working experience as a manager
QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER
Responsible for high quality control standards being maintained on the company’s products
REQUIREMENTS
Graduate of Microbiology
Verifiable track record of 10 years in a food processing company
SALES REPRESENTATIVES
Responsible for wholesale and retail sales, customer development, achieving channel activation and the assigned sales figures
REQUIREMENTS
B. Sc/HND degree from a recognized university with a minimum of 2nd class upper in Marketing or related field
Readiness to travel wide and prepared to serve in any part of the country
Must have class C license
Marketing of instant noodles experience will be an advantage
Must have a good knowledge of computer
