Restaurant Manager ( Abuja)
Requirements & Responsibilities:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent in any field preferably in Hotel and catering Mgt., Food, Science & technology, Business Administration – Candidate must be able to demonstrate a good level of education to justify grade (Minimum of Second class lower)
o At least four (4) years similar work experience in a reputable organisation
o Daily management of restaurant operations. Coordinate the activities of the various sections of the unit.
o Meet restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budgets, scheduling expenditure, analyzing variances, initiating corrective actions.
o Control costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation, minimizing wastes; ensuring high quality of preparation
o Take responsibility for all administrative and human-resource functions of the business, and monitoring employee performance and training.
o Ensure customer satisfaction
o Must possess a passion for food and quality
o Must have good communication skills
Assistant Restaurant Manager (Abuja)
Requirements and Responsibilities:
o Bachelors Degree or equivalent in any field preferably in Hotel and catering Mgt., Food, Science & technology, Business Administration – Candidate must be able to demonstrate a good level of education to justify grade (Minimum of Second class lower)
