List of Roles and Responsibilities :
1. Answering calls professionally
2.Processing application forms and keeping records for each transactions
3.Updating the database to reflect changes made on the records in the office
4.Responding to customer inquiries and resolving customer complaints
5.Providing customers with information on the project

Required Skills & Competencies:
Good Communication Skills
Good inter personal skills
Well Organized
Ability to work with little supervision
Good Computer Skills

EducationalQualification

· Minimumof B.Sc/HND

· Must havecompleted 1 year compulsory NYSC scheme
