Civil Engineer
Responsibilities:
- A civil engineer must start from analyzing various areas and factors that are related to designing and construction
- Find, investigate and examine the location of the site and verify whether it is appropriate for construction purposes
- Must work according to a plan with regards to what are the key essentials and what needs to be modified before the construction starts
- Review and approve project reports and designs
- Should develop detailed design layout that covers the requirement of the client.
- Assess both challenges and potential risks of the planned project
- Undertake initiatives for risk management and take appropriate steps for it
- The engineer must ensure that the project is completed on time within the planned budget.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of HND qualification
- Must have site experience
- Good writing skills
- Ability to use Excel and MS word
Head, Sales and Marketing
Responsibilities
- Visit potential customers for new business
- Provide customers with quotations
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
- Gather market and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
- Represent your organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
- Identify new markets and business opportunities
- Record sales and send copies to the sales office
- Review your own sales performance
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of Degree in a relevant field
- 3-5 years work experience

Business Development Officer/Corporate Communications Officer
Responsibilities:
- Communicate the strategic plan in regard to business expansion, acquisition and marketing.
- Responsible for creating business opportunities and develop business plans to achieve goals
- The officer sets goals for attracting new business, and guides the development staff in the area of product research and development.
- Formulate focus group research and testing to determine how new product/services will be received.
- Delegate and communicate the goals and objectives of the organization pertaining to business development.

Graphic Designer
Responsibilities:
- Shall present finalized ideas and concepts to management for approval.
- Shall work on layouts and artwork pages ready for print.
- Shall ensure design standards as the Graphic Designer.
- Shall work as part of a team with printers, writers, photographers, other designers and web developers.
- Shall develop interactive designs.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be a graduate and be able to develop design briefs by gathering information and data through research and from writers’ contents.
- Must have a minimum of two years work experience in a similar capacity.
- Must be creative with an up-to-date knowledge of the industry software and must have a professional approach to time, costs and deadlines.
- Must be a resident of Lagos.
- Must be able to use innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time.
- Must be very good in page planning and designs.
- Must be able to think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts for the magazine.
- Must be able to proofread in order to produce accurate and high-quality work.
- Must be willing to deliver under tight deadlines.
- Must be able to identify and reject any piece of writing that appears to be plagiarized or ghost written by a writers.
- Must have designs skills which should include websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, corporate communications and corporate identity, e.g. giving the Magazine a visual 'brand'
Web Designer
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of current web sites and develops standards-compliant (X) HTML and PHP websites or web pages with cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility
- Facilitate trainings and develop curriculum for the diverse web technologies at PortalSEnsure security of all Web sites and related applications and deploy SEOs to enhance the company's online presence.
- Perform periodic Web site audits.
- Develop in a clean, well structured, easily maintainable format and delivers work output on time and in high quality.
- Analyze and interpret functional requirements and specifications for new websites through close interaction with other departments and web team.
- Create and maintain appropriate documentation during development and document processes and procedures for use by others
- Able to work independently as a self-starter on long-term projects with effective project management feedback as well as quick turnaround of short-term projects (enhancements and fixes)
- Follows IS, design, web content, legal, copyright and permissions standards, processes and procedures
- Communicate information effectively in both technical and business environments

Qualifications and Requirements

Front Desk Officer/Client Service Officer
The Role
- The Client Service/Front Desk Executive is expected to receive a steady stream of enquiries via various media and in person; and typically must be able to convey in-depth information about the company and its activities in a clear and concise manner at a moment’s notice.
Specific Responsibilities
- Maintain active records of visitors and first-hand client contacts
- Answer all incoming calls, determine purpose of callers and forward business calls to appropriate personnel/department
Qualification and Requirements
- Minimum of HND in a relevant field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage time and projects efficiently and be detail oriented
- trong judgment and decision-making skills
- Computer literate with good understanding of software spreadsheet programs such as Microsoft Excel.
Accountant
Responsibilities
- Preparing financial reports budgets, cost reports and financial forecast on a regular basis.
- Perform daily cash application functions
- Ensuring that financial records are accurate
- Ensures that all expense is properly documented.
- Preparation of monthly and yearly books of accounts.
- Developing good working relationships with professionals such as bankers, auditors or statutory organizations for the benefit of the company.
- Managing the accounting and monitoring systems for the company finances.
- Perform month expenses and balance sheet account reconciliation and analysis for review by the financial Controller.
- Prepare accurate and appropriate recording of revenues and expenses
- Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted polices and procedure.
- Establish and monitor the implementation and maintenance of accounting control procedures including those over fixed assets
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities
- Review for accuracy, completeness and input payroll records weekly.
- Review and analyze monthly results to ensure accuracy for financial statements making accruals and adjustments as needed.
- Continuous management and support of budget and forecast activities.
- Monitor and support taxation issues
- Develop and maintain financial systems in conjunction with financial Controller.
- Financial audit preparation and support the local audit process
- Analyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures.
- Asset and Utilities Maintenance.
- Measuring financial risks associated with a specific investment or product
- Overseeing the Inventory, Supply Chain Function.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A good degree in any related discipline
- 7 - 10 years experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be IT savvy.
