- ADMINISTRATIVE POSITIONS (Junior/Senior)
Responsibilities:
- Basic or Advanced Administration duties
- Data Capturing
- Dairy Management (Set up Meetings between staff and clients and internal staff meetings)
- Prepare Agenda for meetings
- Able to take minutes of meetings
- Transfer internal calls
- Taking messages and follow up
Qualifications:
- Minimum of OND
- 1 – 3 years working experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention for details.
- Excellent organisation skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Package.
- OPERATIONS/LOGISTIC OFFICERS
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and supervise delivery of purchased materials to appropriate locations
- Oversee the usage of materials and keep proper records
- Handled and carried out administrative functions effectively
- Raised payment vouchers
- Manage all teller transactions
- Ensure daily/weekly expenditures are within budget with adequate records
- Reports directly to head of operations
- Perform other assign duties
Qualifications:
- Good university degree from a reputable institution
- 1 – 3 years working experience
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention for details.
- Excellent planning skills.
- Problem solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize.
