Me too, I can't cope with Lagos' traffic jam. If d training starts by 7am and ends between 5 and 6pm, then someone has to leave house around 5am just to be there on time and come back 8pm due to traffic.

This can't be true. If d bond if for 2years, my guess is that you will stay on d 2.5m for d two years at least.
Morover, salaries are normally reviewed upward, not downward unless a company faces SERIOUS adverse economic challenges.
So, it will only get better, not worse.
I would've easily agreed with you if u had said that d 2.5m will be raised above 3m after two years.
So, going logically, any change will have to be after 2years and it should be reviewed upward, not downward.
