Has any1 gotten invitation for medicals (3rd batch)? or is it offer letter they are still sending to the 2nd batch? Pls clarify!

This job is not express marketing. I am surprised that the words marketing and marketer are not on the letter.

@234GT, I guess, it's no that bad. I spoke with one of guys in access and he said he signed a bond too and he works in operations and not as a marketer.

@gregeal, I think people hastily concluded that it is a marketing job because of the % target table for the variable pay. Every job role has a target, even teaching.

the 'target' doesnt necessarily mean marketing o...appraisals will be done for both operations n marketing staff and d marks are in percentage.i guess that's what they were refering to o.

Can a surety be a guarantor?

@greggy, from what I read on this thread, a surety can also act as a guarantor.

Congrats to all recipients, Please lets us all share issues we have with the form. from my side, i think we need a surety,guarantor,2 witnesses but i dont think think there are lines for referees to sign, and again is the guarantor and surety bound by the bond together or just the surety.

@OJB, I think we only need to provide info about the three referees, and union bank will then send forms to them via email. This is what I gathered from earlier posts on this thread.

I think im getting confused again o, i think its 2 guarantors(thats much),2 witnesses and 1 surety, no referees required. and i think the surety is only for the training bond and the guarantors, for the duration of the employment. correct me if i am wrong o.

u guys need 2 different guarantors dats nt relatd to u, 3 referees dat must nt b related to u. 1 surety,d surety mayb relatd to u.

234, as am typn ds, we dey unionbank sports club. Evryday is occupied dependn on u sha. Many of us wil go bk to ikeja afta d sports to finish up our elearning exams. Be ready to dedicate 8wks for ds. Total training is 8wks!
