I am not sure about this but I think the personality test we took might have played a role in who they called and who they didn't. Notwithstanding may still be in batches.
Although have gone for the assessment centre but am not sure how people were pick or selected, I scored over 50%. Waiting to be called for the next stage.

I did their test two months back, and then series of interviews and essays like y I want to sign a training bond bla bla, got to the final stage and then bailed when they said we should collect account opening packages. They said 1Million in 10 accounts, even though its not hard, I don't think its fair. My guys that brought just started training sch with them now sha.Goodluck to u guys

@ Mnwokol its 43k during the training which would last for 4 months. After that you would be paid well, then it was 101k, but later I heard they increased it. Don't forget the 2 year coperate bond.

i want to use this medium to tender an unreserved apology to andresvillas and the pulse. when he posted about the union bank interview, i doubted him on this forum. but i can now confirm to the whole house that the interview has started for real. a friend of mine was at the assessment center held at their head office in marina yesterday. we wrote the test on the same day ( 1st february) at darlinton hall, ilupeju lagos. funny enough, we had the same score of 54. he said they did presentation and group discussion, just like avb said. they did not do any panel interview. guys, relax. if you are destined to work there, they will call you and you will scale throuth the assessment center, no matter the case study you are given to discuss in your presentation. i have not been called for the interview. my friend was invited via email only. he did not receive any call or sms, so you may check your email regularly. once again, apologies to avb and the pulse. we will all get there.
@234GT Apology accepted! We (myself and AVB) are different people and I'm happy no one doubts us anymore.
But what's actually their crieteria for calling when the both of you (234gt and ur friend) had the same score,and wrote at the same place
