My invite is in abj, my phone was switched off all tru ystrday , so I did nt receive d call. Pls anybody in abj centre shud help me wt d number dat called u guys, so I can reshedule d interview for a later date

@ Musco & all who got invites, I say congratz...Although I'm not part of this Union bank recruits, I've been following this thread for a while. Let me gist you about Assessment centre based on my experience at First bank assessment in which I was successful (By God's grace). The exercise u are likely to do are: 20 mins apptitude test, Competence based interview, Group discussion, Personal task and presentation. You need to know that you are not competing with any other candidate in the assessment center because there is already a set of criteria which the assessors are looking out for in you, so try as much as possible to be natural and friendly. During competence based interview, if you want to introduce yourself, you don't have to tell them your history, but lay emphasis on your qualities and skills that the company is looking for, u should also prepare to tell them some tasks you have done in the past and your achievements. Group discussion is all about team work, listening ability, and how u can cope with others during a serious discussion. Then you must be time conscious during ur presentation and make sure you identify the problems and give solutions. I wish u all the best!!!

Guy. since u received an email from union bank, u should just reply to reschedule ur interview. or call the number in the mail content.

plss pple, on the presentation i want to knw will they present us wit topic and material, or just topic and how do we source material and reference. Or are we to just compose anytin. Bcos some of us ar engineering graduates and nt banking/finance grad. Pls i wait for ur responds
