Not realy on recess.an added info-amongst d 1st batch trainees,som wer former contract staff of union.4 dis 1st week,we were all attached 2 different branches(i tink 24 in total).1st 2 days customer service unit, nxt 2 days fund transfer unit, last day marketin unit. We r 2b educated on d different responsibilitys in dez units.

Its a great a favor in deed for those dat doesn't know anybody in Union bank and was able to make it. Everyone that I had met during this training exercise knows one top official or the other. A guy in my branch even told me he heard 22 in the dragnet test thou he came from Abuja. Its a fat grace for making the no.
If its true that someone with 22% actually made it in, I personally dont have anything against them for recruiting based on connection. What I dont like is the way they keep disturbing those of us who are not connected. They should just have picked their people and fixed them in. There is no need of making the thing public. Nobody will query union bank for not doing an open recruitment. But stop disturbing those who are not connected. Stop making them waste tfare up and down. Stop making them risk their lives in the name of writing tests or attending interviews.

They should just have done the thing underground. Let the unconnected ones rest. Its funny that someone with 22% made it. I have stopped feeling like a dull-headed guy after this revealation.

I appreciated God d more after the conversation with the guy. It made me really feel dat we dat made it without knowing anyone was just privileged. If we really look at those guys we are togeda with, it won't be a doubt that they are connected ones. ?ø dis private university graduates dem plenty pass.

Am particularly angry for all these bcos I've been expecting to tnk God for my master's (Musco) testimony on this Union Bank. I was not called for d interview but I've been following the thread to hear testimonies especially that of my master Musco. All the same, congrats to those that made it. And to rest of us, better things are ahead for sure. Life goes on.

this happens everywhere.. I noticed it during my interview when the man screening us was jst receiving calls and talking abt interview dates with pple... Will make it with or without union bank.

Guys take heart and look forward to better things. Like somone said ur success does not depnd on UBN. I didnt even get shortlistd 4 d test buh i hav been following this thread hoping to see testimonies. I pray i stil see though.

I used to think that recruitment into these private companies was based completely on merit. I must have been living in the stone age. Well, if you are in the east, you may submit your cv to any diamond bank branch for test on 22nd september. Submission closes tomorrow. I saw this on another website. You may give it a try.
