Job Title: Training Analyst & Advisor.

* Aim of the position: To provide support in the implementation of training activities,

* Main accountabilities:
* Takes care of the organisation and implementation of training activities in company offices in Nigeria, according to the training plan defined for the Region, with a special focus on the Technical training for operators.
* Detects local training needs and define an action plan together with the Regional Coordinator.
* Maintains records of training activities and employees progress toward obtaining development objectives.
* Complies with company policies, procedures and management standards, and ensures adherence with all laws and regulations that apply to the area of responsibility.‚
* This position requires the ability to meet deadlines under stressful conditions and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Requirements
* Previous experience as Human Resources generalist or Recruitment possibly in an international company. Staffing industry experience highly desirable
* Degree in Commercial Field or HR highly desirable
* Good verbal and written communication skills. Results driven and strong client focus. Attention to detail. High level of personal organisational skills. Very good interpersonal relationships skills, proactive, able to work with autonomy.‚ ‚ ‚
* Understand the corporate organization structure. Ability to work effectively with internal and external resources in a multicultural context.
* Languages: English Fluent
* Previous knowledge of LMS - Learning Management System‚ (It would be an added value but not mandatory)

My client is the leading global manufacturer and supplier of tubular products and services used in the drilling, completion and production of oil and gas.
Specific Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with a: Training, HR or Recruitment background ideally supported with a degree in a Commercial field (MBA, Human Resources, Marketing). Previous experience with LMS (Learning Management System) is desirable but not essential
Note: Due to the fact the successful candidate will be based at the companies office based in Onne, Nigeria we require a candidate with a Nigerian passport, completed there NYSC and have full right to work in Nigeria. This is a Genuine Occupational Requirement (GOR)
