Job Title: Head of Administration
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Description
- Facilities management, shipping, receiving and fulfillment, Inventory control
- Development of corporate policies and procedures and oversee implementation
- Manage Payroll, Personnel records/documentation and Employee programs and activities
- Purchases materials and machineries by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery
- Achieves financial objectives by anticipating requirements; submitting information for budget etc
- Preparation, scheduling expenditures, monitoring costs, analyzing variances.
- Other responsibility will be attached by management from time to time
Preferred Skills
- Very confident, strong communication skills (Oral and written).
- Good Knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong business planning skills.
Qualification and Experiences
- Must have a Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Engineering or relevant degree
- A postgraduate degree will be an advantage
- Experience in a dry-cleaning outfit will be an added advantage
- A professional experience of at least 8 years of an appropriate level, with at least 5 years of experience in positions involving the management of an important team.

NGN350, 000 & NGN400, 000
