Responsibilities

-Design educational activities that promote physical, social and intellectual growth of students.
-Enhance learning abilities and good habits in children.

-Maintain classroom records, cleanliness and orderliness.

-Ensure safe learning environment in the classroom.

-Inculcate healthy habits and discipline in children.

-Plan, develop and implement appropriate curriculum.

-Maintain regular communication with parents and staff regarding students' progress.

-Assist and support other teaching staff in implementing daily programs.

-Help children and students to discover their creativity.

-Teach children and students to solve problems independently.


Education/Experience Requirements: A successful candidate must possess a B.sc/Hnd/Nce in a relevant field and obtain professional teacher education. Teachers should also obtain training for relevant technologies that could help in teaching.

Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, teaching skills, problem-solving and decision making skills, planning and organization skills, leadership skills, and advanced computer skills. Candidates should also be self-motivated, detail-oriented, flexible and adaptable. They must also have initiative, a high stress tolerance and high energy level.
