I wrote their test in 2010 for Junior analyst, and passed; but turned down their offer due to personal reasons. No qualms, just normal maths and English, then a multiple page comprehension and essay. Just be fast and accurate, U don't need to be a 'Guru" to pass it, also it was not computer based as @ then. It's a good place to start a career anyways. Best of Luck guys.
