synergy capital and advisory test invite

@all, what is the meaning of this, I just got anoda test invite from Synergy Capital, I wrote their test last weekend, and the test nah die. Why are they inviting me for the same test again, or could it be anoda one??? Though the venue for this one has changed. What do you suggest people??? The mail I got refers:

@koleefem05! Na wa o..after dat suicide-test on saturday dem still wan make I write anoda 1,maybe u pass am sha or maybe it was a mistake,google their contact and enquire from dem..as for me I didn't receive any I.V..@chrone1!didn't u write d test on saturday??

@chrome: prepare for 2hours. It's in two parts, maths and english. The maths has 70 questions with about 10with options and the rest without options, so U'll need to work VERY VERY fast.
The English is a comprehension passage of about 6 to 7pages with just two questions and 3 questions respectively making 5questions in all to both passages of about 12pages. Just try more on the English cos I heard is 60% while maths is 40%.

@ Mr K, u can go sha, but its a mix up cos if it was to be the nxt stage or interview, they would state it in the text, but the mail was exact same as the first one we got only difference is the venue.. those synergy are crooks anyway... setting futhermaths as test and internet journal extra as essay.. Thunder will !!!!!! infact make I no swear for them

@chrome: the maths is a mixture of simple maths + further maths + word problems and every form of mathematics, can be confusing you know! Just prepare for the best sha and focus more on d english.

@MIB, please ciaman, wats d nature of d mathematics, we knw is furthermaths, bt its advanced additional maths or just d simple ones, or betterstill, wat & wat topics. And again, is calculator allowed?. Reply ASAP pls...Tanks.

@ razzy, if I told u I dont have a clue of what was set, u wont believe me but I can give u some tips anyways, calculator was allowed, the maths were advance onces, they had Logrithmetic questions, most of the maths questions were in passage form, very mind and brain tormenting in nature, calculator will go quiet a long way in assisting u thou and also ''Dnt get dicouraged'' with the question cos they're sick and unreasonable in nature, the consulting group seem naive to me and inexperienced cos they dnt set questions the way they did, the questions are in binded booklets already, which obiously has been used for almost a decade now going by hw wrinkled the pages were and u could see that pple had used and reused the booklet, finally if ur very frequent with ur gmat, dnt ask me which year cos I dnt know, someone said they were lifted from there and if am to guess if u insist, I would say study ur 2009/2010

@MIB me sef got the mail for the test ooooo, from all indications and ur posts am guessing the test is meant for rocket scientist and smart geeks in NASA(just kidding anyway). but sincerly my limbs don dey shake ooooooo 70questions???? for maths??? wetin happen na e pass graduate trainee ni??? thanks for tips anyway u and koolefem una try. guess its a tug of war ooo gotta stat preparing asap

i wrote that test on sat o.in fact my brain still dey vibrate from that essay of a thing..............all the best to those writing be strong and dont be discouraged

Guys, pls i am in abia state but i received this invite for synergy on monday for test on saturday. Kindly advise ifthe company is worth transporting myself from abia to lagos. I really need ur advise . Tnksalot

@ don, seriously, I think the decision will best be made by U but I can help u out abit, mortgage banks dnt pay too well especially when its private owned due to that, u can decide not to come if u have a job already but if ur in the ''Atall Atalll nah him bad pass category'' u can come.

Its at Adeola Adeoku road.
Drop at law school,then walk towards kings college school.When u get dere ask of Globe Motors.Its almost opposite the school gate. The building is between Fortune Towers and Eleganza Towers...
Pls don't thru the main gate,dey might not allow u to enter,just follow the way I described.
That there test was someting else.Even Mobil doesn't give dat kinda test.I didn't rly write well,cos the qustn were rly discouraging.

@Donbuscka,the pay won't be that awesome,but I suggest u write the test for the sake of experince,cos the more test u write the more u get equiped for the forthcoming ones...
U can even use that oppotnty to submit hard copies of ur CVs to many companies on that road,especialy Fortune n Eleganza towers.

Chrome1: U so funny, d passage has a topic I can't ever remeber, I just knw it's in two parts, d first part is about *mericanisation and globalisation
The second part is about the life of a woman both @ work and @ home

i just got an invite from sunrose consulting apt test on sat, 14th. 9.00am and i have synergy test for 9.30am too. pls advice oooo. d funny thing is dat this my new job gives me no damn time to study.

@chrome1: I'll suggest U go for that of Sunrose first, although I've not writtent their test b4, I think synergy test is in batches so you can make up if U r willing. Success
