@ all: I just got the mail below, I saw d advert on NHJ dis morning and applied. The response goes thus: Following your application in response to the advert for recruitment for a Mortgage Bank, you are being invited to write the recruitment aptitude test on :

@kollected, i jst got same mail now also, was it today u jst applied? cos its jst nine if us that are been called for the test, u will see that when u check the ''TO'' part of the mail,, i dnt know what i applied for, but amma do a research now.

MIB, From d mail, I was put on copy and dmail was sent to about 15 of us. Did U get d Northgate invite too??? Let's hookup so d@ we can catch d 2pm batch of d interview.

@Mr k, i wasnt called for the Northgate, so am jst gonna be heading straight for the synergy and am not sure its a marketing job, its a mortgage bank..

I dnt usually read for test ooo, all i do is learn my multiplication table.. so that my brain can atleast get functional again, but since its an aptitude test, it would bo beyound the usual test format

it wouldnt go beyond the normal aptitude test format that we know

Gmat ot Simple maths like that of Banks or something like Dragnets'

I wrote their test in 2010 for Junior analyst, and passed; but turned down their offer due to personal reasons. No qualms, just normal maths and English, then a multiple page comprehension and essay. Just be fast and accurate, U don't need to be a 'Guru" to pass it, also it was not computer based as @ then. It's a good place to start a career anyways. Best of Luck guys.

@ dejive, the comprehension nah journal oo, they go download journal give us read, God dey, @ Mr K. well, even if it ends up not been marketing, am not sure they wont pay any reasonable salaray since its a mortgage bank... if I get called for the interview sef, am not going....
