SURE-P Partners Industrialists To Tackle Unemployment

The Subsidy Reinvestment and Empowerment Programme (SURE-P) setup by the Federal Government to cushion the effect of subsidy removal on petroleum products has commenced a partnership with the organised private sector reduce the rate of unemployment in the country.


This fact was revealed by the Project Technical Adviser for Community Service, Women and Youths Empowerment, Mr Colet Ifeanyi Odenigho at Nnewi yesterday during an interaction of SURE-P officials with some Nnewi based selected industrialists and manufacturers.

Odenigbo said that the purpose of the one-day interactive session was to sensitize the industrialists to key into the Graduate Internship Scheme of SURE-P.
