Support to National Malaria Programme (DFID) Needs Office Manager
Support to National Malaria Programme (SuNMaP) Control activities in countries suffering heavy burden of the disease. The program supports identified gaps in countries strategic plans. US$600-700 million have been earmarked for the intensive phase in Africa through aggressive vector control and case management.US$180million have been earmarked for Nigeria.
Job Title: Office Manager, Abuja
This job holder will reside in the Abuja office of the programme. S/he will be actively responsible for co-ordinating and managing all administrative, logistics and office assets in all operating states in the programme. S/he will ensure all programme offices adhere to laid down policies and procedures to maintain an effective and efficient flow of programme activities at all locations.
Qualification:
A Bachelor’s degree in any Business Administration or Social Sciences with a minimum of S years working experience in a related role. Additional skills required include; excellent bargaining power, communication, inter-personal, planning and analytical skills. Previous work experience in a donor funding environment with Master’s in Business Administration will be an added advantage.
Terms of Employment:
The appointment is for a contract term of two years, with an initial six months probationary period. SuNt-1aP offers highly competitive salary packages. Local terms and conditions are applicable.
