Store Keepers needed

• Ensures safe keeping of tools and materials e. g chemicals and detergents
• Maintains proper records of stock using the Bin card.
• Initiates purchase requisitions for the replacement of stock of all regular stores items
• Initiates action for stoppage of further purchasing when the stock level reaches the maximum.
• Receives and confirms purchased materials forwarded by the receiving department and arranges for its storage in appropriate places.
• Issues materials only in required quantities against authorized requisition notes/material lists.
• Compares the book balances, with the actual physical stock at frequent intervals by way of internal control over wrong issues, pilferage, etc.
• Any other duty assigned by supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess an Ordinary National Diploma in any field.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience.
• Must have excellent organizational skills
• Must have excellent writing and oral communications skills.
• Must have the ability to work under pressure.
• Must have excellent computer skill
• Must reside around V.I, Lekki-Ajah axis of Lagos.
