I just received an Invitation to complete online talent assessment but, I don't really know what it will be like. Can anyone hint me on the expectation
-
Re: Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria Vacancies
It's just an assessment, a long list of questions to determine your personality and if it fits into the role. Its not an aptitude test that requires a yes or no response....more of questions like how you'd react in certain situations etc...and questions with agree, strongly agree kinda answers.

-
Re: Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria Vacancies
Guys, those of that did the online agree, strongly agree bla bla. That stuff is for the contract marketing which there is no base pay, ur 25k base is tied to ur performance and the incentive on accounts u bring is paid with the average balance at d end of d month. If u don't sell accounts and some oda products after 3 months or more u will be sacked. The main entry level job for scb is usually done in their office at Lagos and it is an online aptitude test not d agree n disagree stuff. Jusyt be aware of what you are goin into and make up ur mind on it . If u don't meet ur target u aint getting any kobo. Have a great day guys.
-
@florence i strongly disagree wt u, d 1st step for SCB recruitment is d talent assessment irrespective of d position u applied for. I hv done d online talent assessment and also d online aptitude test @ there head office and I also had a friend who worked as a marketer in SCB and he did both d talent assessment and online aptitude test and d 25k story is also false. Pls lets always verify our info b4 posting it. cheers
-

-
Re: Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria Vacancies
@tosotudy more than 2months
-
Re: Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria Vacancies
Ha! What a long wait. Well, I applied for a role but in three branches. Is it only one online talent assessment I will be expected to do or three assessments?
-

Re: Standard Chartered Bank Nigeria Vacancies
@gilbert4real, I'll suggest you try www.shl.com and practise their online test. I'm not sure but I think it is better that way. How many online talent assessment did you do? I applied for teller in Apapa, Festac Town as well as Agidingbin. I was sent a link for talent assessment for one of the branches which I did. I STILL GOT ANOTHER LINK FOR TALENT ASSESSMENT AGAIN for another branch. I want to know if the assessment I have done will cover all the three branches since it is the same post I applied for in three branches.
