Jus a tip...u can chk personality tests on SHLDirect

The questions are tailored in such a way as to measure the consistency of ur responses....the questions on shl personality tests are somewhat similar, you can also generated ur report and see ur results...all the best guys

On d numerical test from experience make sure u don't waste too much time on any one question, but if u feel a question is worth more workings than time allows do it, just dont waste too much time, try to strike a balance, u r not required to get all right.

On the talent assessment be honest and consistent but the key is to be more consistent than honest. Good luck

U guys stop taking the thread back, read through and u will see loads of people have written d essay ages ago, u can get info from there, any new post should be on nxt stage after essay or something not yet discussed on the thread. Kapish!

after d essay is d telephone interview or panel interview depending on ur business unit .However, it may take 3 weeks b4 ur contacted if ur successful in the essay,bcos der are variations 2 d processes.Innoziegbe take note..
