Hey..after completing my application, submitting successfully...was informed to go back and take the logical test i skipped. was jus as surprised cos ??I went frm numerical to talent assessment and then essay.

Question is...which of the tests were you scheduled to take? There should be a launch button or link in ur profile once you review your status at d communication centre(dats after u hv signed in)...

I wonder o... Maybe they had a glitch! Also got the mail asking me to take the logic reasoning test,don't knw how they skipped it in the sequence.

Should do that soon...is there anyone who has specific info on what this test is like?

Was informed by a friend who took the test recently that it comprises of a sequence of diagrams following a regular pattern. Ur job is to select the missing pattern.

What is the time frame to receiving the Essay assessment after the talent assessment. and what is the possible response after the Essay assessment.

Once u are successful @ the talent assessment stage,u are immediately invited to complete the essay which has no time-limit for submission, but advisable you submit early enough. After submission of the essay, u are welcome to submit the application to be reviewd and will be contactd by the talent acquisition team in due course.

i did not write d essay n i got same response as yours

When i completed my talent assessment I got the message "You will shortly receive an email confirming the outcome and whether we would like to invite you to the next stage of the selection process". this is over a week now. I like to know if this is the routine.

The role you apply to determines the process or processes you will have to come through.

My guess is-charlybobo must have applied to a specialist role-human resorces for example.

For the other roles,I think your process will be slightly different!

Hey guys, actually applied for wholesale banking(transaction) but completed wrong stages of the process due to a technical issue on the site. was sent an invite to start from logical...

Presently, I hav completed logical and invited to role strengths assessments which I am yet to take.
Imagine the inconvenience, when i tot i had completed my application and submitted successfully...

@ kaino..how did the logical test go?

@ all..Any ideas what the role strength assessment entails? I hear its a timed test, how long is it?

I suggest guys who havnt recived e mails on results of thier talent assesment, to log back in and click review status on the top left conner, that shud tell u how far.

For those asking 4 links to d test, its not in d mail, u need to log back in the commonication center and click review status, u will see a long letter inviting u 4 a test at d end of it u will seee a botton 'launch test'

Jus a tip...u can chk personality tests on SHLDirect

The questions are tailored in such a way as to measure the consistency of ur responses....the questions on shl personality tests are somewhat similar, you can also generated ur report and see ur results...all the best guys

On d numerical test from experience make sure u don't waste too much time on any one question, but if u feel a question is worth more workings than time allows do it, just dont waste too much time, try to strike a balance, u r not required to get all right.

On the talent assessment be honest and consistent but the key is to be more consistent than honest. Good luck

after d essay is d telephone interview or panel interview depending on ur business unit .However, it may take 3 weeks b4 ur contacted if ur successful in the essay,bcos der are variations 2 d processes.Innoziegbe take note..
