Are some people barred from viewing some particular vacancies?

Please i need some clarifications. I tried opening a topic i was told that ''sorry we sincerely apologised you cannot view this post'' this might be the exact words but its something similar to these. Does anyone else experience this same thing? I dont know, this is not the first time this same thing has happened to me. Kinda surprised though. :o

it doesn't min anytin,probably d server just failed during initialisation or d site u requested has been moved by d organization.cheers
