Please i need help, i received a mail slated from "Shell Petroleum Development Company", that i won a certain amount of money from Shell Lottery Promo (LOTTERY LORE). Please, i want to know how genuine the mail is.

Got the mail but I asked them to use it in my name to help their papa and the needy but if the amount is not sufficient they should send me their contacts that Iam willing to pay times 3 of the said amount.
