Title of position: Shared Services Coordinator
Location of the job: Shared Services Department – Warri

Role/Task Complexity:
· Provide financial analysis and report for the branch’s operation
· Manage and account for the fixed assets in the branch
· Reconciliation of payments and analysis of all accounts (including the bank)
· Manage the procurement process of the branch and ensure full compliance with all relevant Policies, Processes and Procedures and complied with at all times
· Ensure that the terms of the contract are to the best advantage of Kadick and complied with by both parties
· Post all transactions correctly and into the appropriate accounts.
· Prepare the Debtors Ageing Report and other reports and circulate as agreed
· Support the logistics of in getting products to the required destination, including all reconciliations
· Ensures that the company does not suffer any avoidable loss as a result of employee departure.
· Maintain all documents and documentation relating to the department
· Prepare comprehensive report as required
· Responsible for Petty Cash Reconciliation completeness and correctness
· Sort, review and match invoices and cheque payment requests.
· Provide all the required support for HR functions in the branch(recruitment, leave, salary, disciplinary, dismissal, transfer, promotion, performance management)
· Ensure that all required consumables are available at all times
· Ensures that the company gets full value for all payments made

Minimum Requirements:
B.Sc. /HND in relevant area.

Work Experience: 2-3years Supervisory Experience: 1 years Role Experience: 1 - 2 years
