Senior Financial Controller and Auditor - Construction

An astute Financial Controller is required for a construction company in Lekki to direct its financial operations. This is not a typical chief accountant role; the position will provide a unique opportunityfor an intuitive, creative and dynamic accounting professional with strong experience in construction accounting and costing, real estate accounting or related sector accounting.

Min 7 years experience in construction cost analysis and accounting, managing day-to-day accounting operations,cash planning and financial projections, reviewing and completely updating accounting processes and systems in a sizeable corporate multi-company setting,designing and implementing accounting systems, and financial reporting. Must be a chartered accountant with solid bachelor’s degree in accounting. Relevant master’s degrees would be an advantage.

InternalAuditor

A qualified Internal Auditor required for a dynamic construction company in Lekki to join its internal control and audit team. This position is intended to redesign and strengthen the company’s internal control processes, develop an eagle eye to oversight day-to-day operational as well strategic businessactivities throughout the company and its affiliates.

The candidate will be responsible for planning and executing audit reviews,preparing and reviewing papers, drafting audit reports and making presentations of results to senior management.

Mustbe ICAN qualified and have strong academic background. Motivated self starterwith at least five years post qualification internal audit experience in construction, real estate, manufacturing or other relevant sectors.
