Position: Senior Customer Relations Executive
Location: Allen, Lagos
Job Summary

  • Maintain and grow customer service base while Delivering consistent high quality care and service to customers

Responsibilities:

  • Attend to customer Dry cleaning/laundry needs
  • Manage our Pickup and Drop off Services to customers
  • Communicate courteously with customers with telephone, email, letter and face to face
  • Investigate and solve customers' problems, which may be complex or long-standing problems that have been passed on by customer service assistants
  • Develop customer service procedures, policies and standards for your organization or department
  • Meet with other managers to discuss possible improvements to customer service
  • Interact with customers when they bring in their items to be cleaned
  • Advice customers on the best possible cleaning process for their garments/other articles and answer any questions they may have in relation to their cleaning needs
  • Handle financial transactions with customers such as preparing bills (tickets and receipts), daily account balancing etc.
  • Take customer's complaints and seek for proactive ways to resolve their concerns
  • Receive customer article or clothing or other goods to be cleaned, sorting, checking and booking such on the system

Qualification

  • MUST have a minimum of B.Sc /HND/HND/OND
  • Must have at least 1 - 2 years experience in a Commercial Dry cleaning environment
  • Not more than 28 years of age by December 2015

Other Required Competencies:

  • Computer literate, able to use Microsoft office applications
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills
  • Fluency in English Language is compulsory
  • Confidence and character
