Job Summary
The Sector Business Development Executive is responsible for delivery of specific sectors’ sales targets within set deadlines. The role ensures day-to-day sales oriented activities happen within designated sectors towards achievement of sales targets, via high quality intuitive and cognitive sales methodology.
The Sector Business Development Executive reports into the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:
Generate new leads, business relationships and negotiate new income through sales to meet set targets.
Follow up on new leads and referrals to define opportunity and basis to succeed.
Present and sell company services to new and current clients.
Create and be accountable for client proposals, contracts and further documentation where required, following Serve Consulting procedure.
Assist with demos, presentations and sales contracts.
Establish and maintain current and potential client relationships.
Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity closings, follow-up and performance versus set targets.
Maintain computer-based customer and prospect database.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Good grasp of industry issues.
Familiarity with Industry business processes.
Professional user knowledge of SAP solution.
Can map SAP solution to industry issues.
Tip of fingers knowledge of industry-related referrals.
Can map client internal decision-making hierarchy.
Can penetrate gate-keepers to identify business need owners.
Can open doors for audience with stake-holders.
Experience: 2-3 years.
Qualification: Degree from a reputable university (MBA is added advantage).
Industry knowledge/experience: Oil & Gas, Banking, Manufacturing, FMCG etc.
Software solutions salespersons who have sold to these industries are also welcome to apply.
User knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
