A Lagos based international business consultancy company seeks qualified candidate for the following positions:

POSITION TITLE: (A) SECRETARY / RECEPTIONIST
Responsibilities:
1. Courteous, coordinating, verification and relating with Clients, with a view to identify their needs.
2. Developing qualitative and quantitative measures for Clients satisfaction.
3. Ability to work with minimum supervision on self-driven with excellent communication, interpersonal and networking skills and general office work.
4. Maintain, improve the ethics and culture associated with the Company.
5. Provision of refreshments for visitors.
6. Customer service.
7. Telephone reception.
8. Other office duties and tasks as necessary.

Qualification:
First degree/HND in any Social Science or Mass Communication or English from reputable Institution. Strong communication, secretarial and computer skills.



POSITION TITLE: (B) PA TO THE MD/CEO
Responsibilities:
1. Undertake responsibility for the day-to-day administration of the Company by providing guidance and oversight to the MD/CEO.
2. Budgeting and capable of monitoring expenditure and providing status report on funds disbursement and maintaining up-to-date filing system.
3. Booking flights, hotels and car hire on IATAs BSP.
4. Liaising with Embassies, High Commissions, PA's, PRs Offices, Secretary's of different companies on a daily basis.
5. Advising on passport and visa requirements where applicable.
6. Using a variety of fares - net, published, route deals and low cost.
7. Provision of travel arrangements for the Chairman, MD/CEO and Clients.
8. Excellent knowledge of computer operations especially Microsoft office packages –Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point etc.
9. Maintain, improve the ethics and culture associated with the Company. Implementing standard practices for Clients satisfaction and providing excellent Customer Service.
10. Conceptualization and implementation of innovative and efficient systems for meeting Client’s needs.
11. Procreative and ability to use initiative

Qualification:
B.sc/HND Marketing, Sociology or other related qualification from reputable Institution.

POSITION TITLE: (C) CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities:
1. Excellent Communication, Negotiation and Presentation Skills.
2. Finance and accounting.
3. Implementing standard practices for Clients satisfaction.
4. Good business writing skills.
5. Assisting in the development of new marketing opportunities.
6. Promoting company offers via email, website shots, promotional literature etc.
7. Soliciting corporate blue chip, corporate and individual customers to sign on to company's services.
8. Successful candidate will be working in an office environment, soliciting as well as going out to meet with clients’ appointments.
9. Successful candidate will be self-motivated with good customer focus and aggressive marketing drive.
10. Successful candidate should possess good oral and written communication skill.
11. Experience in marketing will be an added advantage.
12. Successful candidate will be involved in general business management functions and managing the entire sales process with planning and execution of marketing and sales programs.
13. Must have the ability to provide strategic advice, sales management and coordination and general business management to the management.

Qualification:
B.sc/HND Marketing, Sociology or other related qualification from reputable Institution. Must be computer literate with Excel package, and at least 2 years’ experience.


WORK HOURS: Full-time; 40 hours/week
