Secretary/Personal Assistant to the MD

SECRETARY TO THE MD
Responsibilities:

Management of all business documents (electronic and hard copy) for the managing director.
Scheduling, organizing and coordinating business meetings and appointments.
Arrangement of business trips and reservations for the managing director and his associates.
Attend to all communications of the managing director.
Write and maintain business minutes, notes and routine correspondences of meetings.
Maintain records of decisions and discussions and ensure they are properly filed for the MD
Consistently keep the MD abreast of all meetings, conferences, travel appointments and any other engagement ahead of time.
Ready to always represent the MD at meetings, conferences and exhibitions.
Attend to the managing director’s associates, partners and guests.
Manage the MD’s calendar and programmes.
Ensure that all duties and responsibilities to the MD conform to his preferences and work habits.

Requirements/Skills:

Minimum of B.Sc. in any field.
Must be female.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
Must be articulate and have a keen sense to details.
Must possess excellent interpersonal and social skills.
Must have exceptional writing skills.
Must possess good organizational and time management skills.
Must possess multi-tasking ability.
Must possess the capacity to represent the Managing Director at business meetings, exhibitions and make business presentations.
Must be computer literate.
Must possess admirable physical appearance.
Must always be able to go on business trips.
