Job Description:
Responsible for all clerical duties that are necessary to run the organization efficiently
Organize paperwork, electronic files and manage projects
Responsible for creating spreadsheets, composing correspondence, managing databases and developing presentations or reports using publishing software and digital graphics.
Handle correspondence as directed
Responsible for answering and directing phone calls, attending to visitors and handling travel arrangements
Schedule meetings, prepare agenda and take minutes of meetings
Keep in touch with clients or key customers as expected.

Minimum Qualification and Requirements:
B.Sc. or HND in Secretarial, Administration/ Management or its equivalent
Must have excellent typing skills and presentation skills
Must have excellent organizational skills and diplomacy
Must have the ability to prioritize tasks and be a self-starter
Must demonstrate attention to details and work excellently under pressure
