DGU is a Professional consulting firm made up of highly skilled and intellectual professionals with the aim of driving excellence into corporate organizations set goals and objectives. We are strategically positioned to meet the pressing demands of human resource/ recruitment needs; marketing/customers service needs, business development/technological needs and outsourcing/training needs.
Job Summary:
This role is field sales and account management of various organisations on our lending list.
Responsibilities:
Achieve set targets for loan sales.
Seek and initiate alliances with organisations with the aim of disbursing loans to their individual staff.
Seek and engage partners for salary upfront loans.
Organising presentations and educating other staff on our loan products.
Daily engagement with individual staff members of partner
organisations to increase the uptake of our loan products.
Manage offline application queue and attend to queries from customers.
Manage relationship with our partners.
Provide reviews and updates on lending products and marketing initiatives offered by competitors.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum of OND (upper credit). BSC is an added advantage.
Sales experience, must be able to demonstrate success in a sales role.
Ambitious and able to work with little or no supervision.
