SALES & MARKETING OFFICER

Job Summary

  • Sell and market products and services.
  • Provide consistent and qualitative customer service to the customers.


Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsible for increasing sales, revenue and customer database.
  • Promote the produce of the farm/company through aggressive sales and understanding the purchasing habits of customers.
  • Ability to adapt to changes in food retail industry and new customer based marketing strategies.
  • Professional representation of the company and its policy during marketing transaction/sale and public presentation.
  • Presentation/Product display in safe, endearing manner to prospective clients and customers.
  • Ability to meet weekly/monthly sale target in terms of until sold and new (customer) account generated.
  • Use initiative and report new marketing ideas for further development by the business unit.


Competency and Skills Requirements

  • Excellent product marketing skill.
  • Knowledge of products and services.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Good customer service and relationship management tools.
  • Extensive/ good to excellent knowledge of the food industry and food items to be sold.
  • Should be an excellent communicator with skill to deal with suppliers


Qualifications

  • NCE
  • One year working experience
  • Male:22 - 30 years
  • Resident within or around Shagamu
