- Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas; projecting expected sales volume and profits for existing and new products
- Implement sales programs by developing the sales team action plans
- Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintains national sales staff job results by counselling and ensuring discipline in employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge of company procedures and products.
- Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS
- A graduate of a reputable university with a minimum of a Second Class Lower Division in Business Administration or any related discipline
- Applicant should not be more than 35 years of age
- Applicant should possess 5 – 8 years working experience
- Strategic selling is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of HR tools and practices is an added advantage
- Proficient in the use of personal computers and Microsoft office packages (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
