Job Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for delivery of the agreed sales targets within set deadlines. The role manages day-to-day sales oriented activities to ensure that there is constant and consistent progress towards achievement of sales targets, via high quality intuitive and cognitive sales methodology.
The Sales Manager reports into the Head of Business Development position.

Responsibilities:
Generate new leads, business relationships and negotiate new income through sales to meet agreed targets within set deadlines.
Progress qualified leads from needs establishment stage to final selection stage.
Develop clear and detailed annual plan for up-selling customers.
Ensure effective deployment of sector executives against best opportunities.
Be the clearing house for all client-bound documentation. Develop and implement quality control check-points.
Lead presentations and demos. Develop in-house template for efficient and robust planning and execution.
Assume higher level ownership of high-probability to close prospects. Identify and resolve barriers to closing.
Monitor computer-based customer and prospect database. Extract and apply learning to improve team performance.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Detailed knowledge of SAP solution.
Can demonstrate SAP solution versatility against specific business issues.
Can demonstrate strong technical implementation capability.
Good technical knowledge of alternative solutions.
Can simultaneously address multi-function and multi-level concerns.
Can engage stake-holders to build confidence in SAP proposal.
Experience: 5-7 years.
Degree from a reputable university (MBA/Masters is added advantage).
Industry knowledge/experience: Oil & Gas, Banking, Manufacturing, FMCG etc.
Software solutions sales persons who have sold to these industries are also welcome to apply.
User knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
