Job Description
We are a reputable business hotel, situated in the heart of Victoria Island. Due to our immediate need to grow our business portfolio and standardise our excellent services, we have decided to expand our sales team.
We are urgently looking to hire exceptional staff to fill the vacant position of sales executive in our sales and marketing department.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
The suitable candidate who will report directly to the sales and marketing manager MUST have the following qualifications and attributes:
A University, Hospitality school or Business School Graduate in any reputable Nigerian/International Private, State or Federal University with a mimimum of Second Class lower or HND upper degree in any discipline ranging from Communication, Social Sciences, Hospitality, Catering ,Travel & Tours, Public relations, Marketing, Business Admin, and Aviation sector. (Preffered)
Must demonstrate strong command of the English Language (Written and Spoken)
A least 5years (100%) sales experience in an internationally recognised (5star rated) Nigerian Business Hotel, with strong understanding of Lagos large corporates and the Business traveller.
A Charismatic Go-getter with strong negotiation skills, service Oriented, a Team Player and a verifiable Knack for closing hotel business sales.
Must be able to effortlessly demonstrate a clear understanding of the Nigerian Hospitality industry with special emphasis on Lagos Business Hotels.
Must possess a healthy corporate client database, which he/she must be willingly to commit to signing onto our Hotel client’s database within 3 months of joining us.
Must fall within the ages of 25yrs - the maximum of 30 years as at June 2012.
Must be willing to resume duty at very short notice.
Must be willing to work long hours.
