JOB DUTIES
Execute the Company’s sales strategy and service customer accounts. This position reports to the Head of Sales and is open to different regions including Lagos.

IDEAL PROFILE
You must have prior success growing accounts through effective planning, great strategies and providing great customer service. You can successfully manage multiple accounts, identifying the key decision makers, driving people to act and create urgency for product or service usage. You are tenacious, articulate and attentive to detail, have a strong work ethic and possess excellent communication skills. Experience with banking, service bureaus, finance, business services, risk management, credit and lending is a definite plus but not absolutely required.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Manage key accounts with financial institutions. Develop and implement strategies to improve both current bureau usage and expansion of services within the organisation;· Drive sales on the assigned territory and ensure target goals are met;· Develop strong trust relationship within each organization, identify new opportunities, align with compliance teams to ensure they meet their business requirements;· Visit accounts on a very regular basis to ensure penetration of services and training compliance as well as sell through performance;· Verify product mix and brand loyalty;· Keen awareness and curiosity of the utilization techniques of our products and services and how they compare with competitive products being used;· Ensure that all client issues are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner;· Work closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project;· Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client;· Proactively conduct strategic account reviews with all assigned customers on regular basis to review service needs and usage trends;· Proactively develop relationships with key users and provide sales team with customer feedback on product improvements.
REQUIREMENTS

  • First degree in Marketing, Sociology, Business Administration or any related discipline
  • 3 years strong previous experience in the financial services industry at a national account level
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation and computer skills
  • Good training and motivational skills at the retail sales associates level
  • Ability to travel overnight occasionally
