CR Services (Credit Bureau) Plc is the pioneer and leading provider of credit bureau and fraud prevention services to lenders and service providers throughout Nigeria.

Responsibilities:
Manage key accounts with financial institutions. Develop and implement strategies to improve both current bureau usage and expansion of services within the organisation.
Drive sales on the assigned territory and ensure target goals are met.
Develop strong trust relationship within each organization, identify new opportunities, align with compliance teams to ensure they meet their business requirements.
Visit accounts on a very regular basis to ensure penetration of services and training compliance as well as sell through performance.
Verify product mix and brand loyalty.
Keen awareness and curiosity of the utilization techniques of our products and services and how they compare with competitive products being used.
Ensure that all client issues are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.
Work closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status in order to identify potential issues and/or opportunities within or related to the project.
Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client.
Proactively conduct strategic account reviews with all assigned customers on regular basis to review service needs and usage trends; Proactively develop relationships with key users and provide sales team with customer feedback on product improvements.

Qualifications/Experience:
Must have a minimum of an HND.
At least 3-5 years experience.
